in damier azur canvas with golden brass hardware.

Launched in 1930 as the "Express" and inspired by that era's travel revolution, the Speedy is the ultimate Louis Vuitton icon. The original and complete city bag, it is the stylish companion of the girl about town.

Details - 

Elegant, practical and hardwearing, this LV Speedy displays the usual light creases from storage.

The canvas is clean, colour consistent, supple and without any marks, scratches, splits, cracks or age related issue.

Small, very light surface textural rubs to the finish at the base corners from wear, the LH base rub is most visible as located on a darker square of the print pattern.

The vachette trims are very good, evenly honeyed but not darkened and the top handles are similarly firm and well shaped with a couple of minor marks as shown in the photo gallery above. Red (inking/edging) is in place and hardware is very good throughout.

The padlock no longer has keys (so is affixed to the bag) and the side with the LV embossing has a spot of tarnish to the RH side.

The interior is clean excepting one, lightish round mark to the RH lining of the base, as shown.
