This is how Mulberry describe their new Chiltern Satchel - "The buckle has long been a Mulberry signature. The new Chiltern Satchel has a retro-inspired and compact shape with a central buckle. The long shoulder strap can be adjusted to wear on the shoulder or across the body, and there is an additional short top handle for multiple ways to carry."

Details -

A firm, semi structured silhouette with just enough suppleness to make it comfortable to use yet hold it's characterful shape, the colour is a rich, deep tobacco oak tone.

The leather is excellent throughout excepting two small round scuffs to the front LH and RH side of the flap and an area of light friction rubbing* along the rear which appears as a slightly lighter tone, see photos above.

All stitching and inking, (edge sealent) is perfect and the hardware pristine.

Corners and straps are entirely unworn, with only a very light sit impression to the long strap where the buckle has been set.

The interior is self lined in soft suede with two suede slip pockets, front slip pocket and useful zip pocket to the rear of the bag. Marks to the suede on the inner side of the top flap and also across the back insude wall of bag.

Made in England.
