This is a beautiful, 100% authentic Chanel Ritz Shoulder Bag

in Grey Washed Calfskin with shiny silver hardware.

 

An elegant yet unstructured, casual Chanel crafted from a soft, distressed calfskin. Perfect for everyday as has compartments for everything and is one of those bags you won't need to baby.

Details -

A real tardis of a bag, its divided into three sections, the middle being framed, like a Gladstone bag. To the rear is a large zipped section and the front is a flap section, closing by way of the iconic CC turnlock. A zip pocket in the middle section and also front flap section, there's lots of room for everyday.

Comfortable to wear on the shoulder, as the chain straps have wide, nicely softened comfort pads, its a bag that dresses up or down as the occassion demands.

A naturally distressed hide with lots of patina, the leather is wonderfully characterful and apart from a light rub to the RH base corner and small surface scuff to the frame on the LH side, on the frame, its excellent throughout.

A couple of surface impressions from the ball clasp, all stitching is strong and tight, the chain's metalware is excellent and the CC embossed ball clasp is perfect, (any white marks or shadows are purely light reflections).

Light friction scratches can be noted on the underside of the flap's lock plate, the staff is very good and the CC plaque itself displays some hairline scratches and some friction rubbing around the turnlock hole. The base feet show surface scratches as shown.

The interior is all lined in a clean, thick black cotton. A slight perfumed aroma can be detected which the Seller has advised is a protective leather cream from the Handbag Clinic /Furniture Clinic.

Please note the mannequin is a UK 8 and can have the effect of making bags look larger than they are, thank you.
