This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Oversized Alexa

in Oak Soft Buffalo leather with soft gold hardware.

Mulberry's easy to carry, Iconic satchel style Alexa, now so sadly discontinued.

Wear on the shoulder or across the body, the larger size Lexy has lots and lots of space, so perfect for work or play.

At first glance this stunning bag looks like its nearly new. Crafted from a beautiful, rich caramel toned, supple oak hide, its fabulous creases just beginning....it will develop into the most wonderfully textured and slouchy bag with time and use.

Corners are excellent with only the very lightest signs of use, plait top handle firm and unworn, inking (edge sealent) all intact and stitching strong, the hardware is excellent throughout with just miniscule scratches to the front strap tip-ends and tunlock sides.

Thought not a 'Sub' please note the Craftman's stitch on the end of the long, detachable shoulder strap where the needle hole has been made but the stitch not applied. A tiny error not even picked up by Mulberry QA, this doesn't affect the bag in any way.

The reason for the *rating is a fingernail scuff to the front RH side and a small mark just below. There are also three, shallow surface impressions to the leather from the turnlock, as the bag was stored without stuffing. These are all very minor but have been reflected in the price.

The interior is lined in entirely clean Mulberry tree fabric with a side zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section. The inside of the top flap is lined in soft, dark toffee coloured suede.
