Unused, just stored carefully since purchase with protective film in place on base plates, there was no film on the Postmans Lock Plate and there is a very small, light vertical scratch just below the turnlock, (see Photo Gallery below). Invisible unless inspecting very closely, the rest of the bag is perfect.
