Mulberry Blenheim in Lavender Darwin Leather ref 2 - SOLD

This is a beautiful

100% authentic Mulberry Blenheim (vintage design)

in 'Lavender' darwin leather with antiqued brass hardware.

A rare opportunity to buy a beautiful Baby Roxanne, no longer available from Mulberry direct, so rare to find in a super condition.

A compact shoulder bag for everyday, please note that though the Mulberry name for this colour is Lavender, it has much more of a dusky pinkish rose hue than a true lavender shade.

Details -

Thick, robust and still stiff darwin....this fabulous bag will acquire grain with use and age and develop a wonderful texture and glossiness.

Carried only a handful of times, opportunities to find a vintage Blehheim in this condition are becoming extremely few and far between.

Clean, bright and entirely colour consistent, without wear or fading, there is the tiniest drying and light rubbing to the inking, (edge sealant) at the base corners and some vague sit marks on the shoulder strap where the buckle has been set.

Extremely light scuffs to the base seam lines, hardware is all excellent and there are only a couple of light surface scratches to the hide. One on the interior rear flap and tiny 1mm one to the base, you'd never notice these unless inspecting very closely.

Three small, slightly blueish* round shadows (appox 3mm round) on the base near the top seam and a circular paler mark near the base seam, (see close up photos in the gallery below), again these are very minor.

The interior is entirely clean, self lined suede with the usual general discoloration to the seams from the adhesive used in construction.
