This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Ledbury in fabulously thick, chocolate darwin leather with antiqued bronze finish hardware.

A stunning hide, this darwin leather is just superb. Thick, robust with that fabulous darwin grain and glossiness just beginning.

No wear or marks, corners and stitching are excellent and wonderful smell of the Darwin leather, just divine!

The bronze finish of the hardware shows friction rubs to the underside of the top lockplate and the Postmans lock has paled uniformly.

Handles are well shaped, unsoftened with some absent inking to the handle bases, as these soften with time.

The inking to the edges of the handles has degraded* however, which is common on older Mulberrys, which results in minor 'stickiness' so re-inking is recommended.

The interior is entirely clean, brushed suede, and the belt can be adjusted to alter the aperture of the bag as preferred.

No serial number on reverse of disc, as is often found on Mulberrys of this age. Made in England.
