Carried very lightly, the leather is a fabulous rich conkery oxblood shade and crafted from a beautifully thick and textured hide.
Some inherent variation in the grain throughout, its a bag that will just continue to grow more characterful as it ages.
Not yet softened, its strong, robust, all stitching is in place and at first glance this lovely big Antony appears to be in a superb condition.
The shiny silver tone hardware displays some scratching to the Postmans Lock , turnlock and friction rubs beneath the lockplates but the main reason for the 'Good Used' categorisation is the stray inking which has marked the base and lower corner of the bag.
Not designated a 'Sub', this can be seen as a small black dot on the lower LH side at the front, near the corner and some smudgy markings to the base, (shown in the close up photos in the Gallery), all much less visible than the photos make them appear.
The corners are unworn but show some partial loss of inking, as does the upper edges of the bag, at flex points, which is very common on this style.
The long, cross body strap is very good, just showing very minor ruffling and the interior is generally clean, showing light use.
