This is a 100% authentic, Mulberry Somerset Despatch Satchel

in a rich oak, tumbled leather with antiqued brass hardware.

The original styling to the Somerset satchel with a top flap that comes over to create the despatch shape, this practical and lovely unisex bag can be worn on the shoulder or as a messenger.

Two useful front pockets and fully lined with the usual zip and slip pocket, the top flap comes over to seal by way of two concealed magnetic fastners.

Details -

Crafted from a rich oak leather, almost caramel in tone its thick, supple and marvellously robust.

No wear to the leather, there are two, tiny and virtually imperceptible marks, one on the underside of the flap and one to the LH side of the front zip. Almost impossible to photograph and even harder to see with the naked eye, they really are barely there.

Hardware is all excellent (there is no serial number on this Somerset as was born during the era Mulberry wasn't putting them on all bags)

Clean, unworn strap with a light 'set' indent where the previous owner had it set to shoulder length, this will drop out in use.

Clean, fully lined interior, the flap comes over to seal by way of two concealed magnetic fasteners.
