One of the most stunning exotic finishes Mulberry has ever created, the alligator leather has had a metallic foil overlay applied so it glistens and glitters magnificently.

Named Pewter/Bronze on the tag, I think it has a gold tone to it also, though it does seem to change colour in the light.

Fully lined in soft, metallic blue kid leather.....it is, quite literally, a breathtaking piece.

Details -

Stored carefully since its purchase from Selfridges on 21.06.13, all protective film remains in place on the hardware, (I have not removed for photographing)

Perfect in every way, there are the tiniest scratches to the turnlock end, (not the plate) from being opened and closed.

Please note that due to the inherent nature of the skin used in the construction of this bag, there are natural scale variations and tonal changes throughout.

There is also an extremely light and virtually imperceptible 'line' to the gauzal metallic foil overlay which has been applied to the surface of hide.

This can only be seen on very close inspection if you angle the bag so the light catches it. Not visible in use, Mulberry have assured that this is a natural occurance when the guaze is applied and not a fault.
