100% authentic Mulberry Butterfly Bayswater
in oak Rio Leather with bronze finish hardware.

Details-
Beautiful applique butterfuly feature with whipstitch detailing to the edges, this super pretty Bayswater is all fully intact, functional and fabulous with years left of service to give. However, she is quite well used so not a Mulberry for those who like their bags nearly new....
The hardware once had a bronze finish, is now reverted to brass on the exterior of the bag, with friction rubs under the lockplates, (though the postmans lock and turnlock are scratch free)
The leather is thick, still quite stiff and is dry throughout, displaying surface scuffs and numerous small marks, (see Photo Gallery below).
Nothing sizable and no external pen marks, the unlined interior shows lots of pen and general usage.
Whipstitching is all intact, inking is generally worn and there is a light crease to the base from storage.
The shoulder straps have very stiff inserts, (may have been replaced at some point), and though are maleable won't become floppy with use and will continue to hold their shape very well.
Handle bases are softened with absent inking and the top of the shoulder straps show a uniform darkening.
