Mulberry Cara Delevingne Backpack in Oxblood Coloured Vegetable Tanned Leather

This is an Unused 100% authentic Mulberry Cara Delevingne Medium Sized Backpack in Oxblood Coloured Vegetable Tanned Leather with Shiny Gold Tone Hardware.

A three-in-one style crafted from one of Mulberry's finest hides, its a leather that just gets better and better with age and use. 

Glorious, rich, Mulberry leather aroma, (if you know, you know!) the colour is a deep, morello cherry shade and the finish is incredibly similar to Antique Glace, of old.

This may be a vintage piece but, oh my, she's utterly stunning and such a rare piece to find unused.

Designed to take you anywhere, it can be worn on the back, shoulder or carried hand-held. The bags are made in England at Mulberry’s factories in Somerset and this is proudly stamped on the bottom of each bag, inspired by Cara’s own made in England tattoo on the sole of the foot. Cara wanted each bag to be like opening a letter with a lovely surprising touch. Inside you can find a small lion rivet and a heart shaped patch based on Cara’s own heart tattoo. Cara said: “I want there to be hidden gems inside, based on things that are personal to me, which my tattoos definitely are.”

Details -

Protective film in place on all lockplates and base feet, the only reason this piece hasn't achieved an As New condition rating is due to its storage.

Stored flat without stuffing there is a gentle horizontal crease across the base, as shown. A firm felt liner would be recommended to assist the bag regain it's shape, as once it's used and relaxes, the form will become softer and more supple.

A very thick, dense hide, the form is naturally soft sided with normal undulations however there are a few surface impressions to the leather on the rear of the bag  and one internally where it has rested on the end clips of the shoulder strap in storage. All shown in the photo gallery, these will gradually lift as the hide relaxes.

A couple of light fingernail scuffs to the side panel of the bag and on the rear, luggage tag frame's upper LH corner, (scratches do form part of the nature of this finish, developing further and then blending with use.)

 There are the commonly seen surface impressions to the top flap from the handle base inserts and a few tiny spots of stray inking, (edge sealant,) present from manufacture. Again, all shown in detail in the gallery but amost invisible to the naked eye.

The interior is self lined in suede displaying natural striations in the nap which appear like spider veins. This is an entirely normal feature, not a fault.
