Mulberry Leah Tote in Mushroom Lambskin Plonge with Rose Gold Hardware - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Leah Tote in Mushroom Lambskin Plonge with Shiny Rose Gold Hardware. 

From the Spring Summer 2010 collection this luscious Leah is crafted from the supplest, buttery soft lambskin hide in a beautiful, pinky-nude shade.

An ultra tactile, matte finish with a gently bubbly texture, its wonderfully unstructured and slouchy, so ideal if you like a super-soft silhouette.

A design that may be now called 'vintage' it embodies everything from Mulberry's finest design era. A classic drawstring top, two useful front pockets, pretty domed rivets, geometric eyelets........and the Rose Gold Lucky Penny finishes it to perfection!

 Details -

Carried lightly and cared for very well, there's lots of capacity and you can carry with the drawstring open, (as a large East West shopper) or cinched in to create the duffle-bag, bauletto shape.

Entirely colour consistent, there's no immediately visible wear. Lots of inherent surface variations and textural changes which all form and entirely natural part of this beautiful hide, there are just two, tiny surface marks, (shown with the zoom in the last photo collage above). One to the LH side panel and the other to rear RH side. Both camouflaged incredibly well by the finish and completely unnoticable in use.

A small scuff to the rolled piping trim on the base's RH side and a small area of dark, colour transfer to the upper rear RH top of the bag, near the handle base, (both shown in the last photo collage above).

As is commonly found on these very supple pieces, there is flex cracking* to the inking, (edge sealent) around the two front pockets flaps and sides. Much less noticable in use and does not affect the piece in any way, (though has been reflected in the price).

Super sturdy, rolled and stitched top handles are without wear, darkening or detriment and all stitching and inking is is place.

The Rose Gold hardware is excellent throughout. Bright, shiny and utterly divine!

The interior is lined in pristine, beige, mulberry tree jacquard cotton with a side zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section.

The two pockets to the front are entirely clean and seal with self locating poppers.
