Hermès Evelyne III 33 GM in Epsom Bambou with Palladium Hardware - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Hermès Evelyne III GM 33cm in Epsom Bambou with shiny Palladium Silver Hardware. 

So easy to use, fabulously light to carry, the larger sized Evelyne is iconic in its simplicity.

Crafted from a vibrant and vivid, bright green Epsom hide, this stunning piece will introduce the 'WoW' factor to any day.

At first review it looks as if it could be brand new.

A firm, stamped hide with an even, crossgrain texture, its robust, holds its shape entirely when empty and has a lovely, distinct, rich leather aroma.

Colour consistent, an intense Golden Delicious shade that really 'PoPs' its not neon but certainly a fabulously vibrant, vivid shade....quite stunning.

No wear to corner curves, trim, sides or top aperture, it appears barely carried.

Clean suede interior with a small dark smudge mark to the upper, front wall and an extremely small light one to the front slip pockets, middle base near the bottom seam, (too vague to capture on camera in close up).

The two top side pieces display light surface impressions where the shoulder strap claps have rested and one pin head sized pale scratch to the RH side as shown, (no darkening or wear). The interior side pieces are as-new.

A light vertical surface scratch to the LH side of the base and two pin head sized black dots to the hide, one on the front upper RH side and one lower rear RH side, these are so tiny as to be invisible unless you are inspecting with a magnifier.

The webbed canvas strap is excellent with only extremely light fluffing to one small section side edge, as shown. Clips display hairline scratches and a couple of contact scratches to the finish of the inner curved undersides where they contact with the D rings.

The reason for the * rating is due to an entirely concealed 'pulling-away'* of the rear LH sides slip pocket side. All stitching entirely intact, the top 2cm of side panel edge has come away from the back wall. As awful as this sounds, and indeed appears in the photo gallery above, its completely invisible in use, (as sits naturally behind the seam) and does not affect the bag structurally or aesthetically. This has, of course, been reflected in the price.
