Details -

At first review you'd be forgiven for thinking it was nearly new. However, as is a testiment to the materials and craftmanship of this piece, its been carried extensively, but you'd never know.

Well shaped, it stands perfectly empty. Poppered gusseted sides holding tight, all stitching in place and entirely colour consistent throughout.

Protective film in place on underside plate and interior pockets zip pull, the front CC turnlock is excellent with only the most miniscule hairline polish scratches and all four base corners of the bag are perfect, without rubbing, smoothing or detriment.

Fully lined in beautiful, thick, smooth calfskin, there are a few very light fingernail scuffs to the leather's surface, as is inevitable with this hide, but none visible without the closest of inspections.

 A few scuff 'catches' to the trim of the interior zip pocket and three small, circular surface impressions to the textured caviar of the interior, top flaps lining, from resting on the zip pulls when closed.
 
Very slight dulling to the top curves of the two zip pulls where they contact with the headers, base feet display only light hairline scratches.
 
The reason for the *rating is due to the surface rub to the rear, RH side where the base of the flap meets the body of the bag. The surface of the caviar has been scuffed and though much less visible to the naked eye, this has been reflected in the price. This is shown above and also in the photo below, which is circled to show location.
 
A tiny scuff 'catch' to the lower RH side corner curve of the front zipped pocket section and a number along the interior seam of the rear, slip pocket though these can not be seen at all from the exterior.
 
An extremely small, light colour rub to the RH side of the top handle, as shown.
