A beautiful, bold but not too bright, rich red shade this is not a lambskin hide that you'll have to baby.

Firm, semi structured, ultra grainy and entirely colour consistent, at first review the leather looks perfect.

No wear to curves, all edge sealent and stitching in place and the pretty, flattened, geometric chain strap is beautifully bright and shiny.

The usual surface scratches to the front plaque and contact pitting to the underside of the top plate, the push through staff is excellent.

Only when you are examining extremely closely can you note three surface abraisons* to the surface of the leather on the front, lower RH side.

Locations highlighted and close up photos provide in the Galley above. To the naked eye these are almost invisible.

Self lined in a fine nap, beige suede displaying general marking and signs of use.
