This is how Mulberry describes the Cara - "The Cara Delevingne Bag is a three-in-one style, uniting Mulberry’s English attitude to beautiful practicality and the inimitable personality of British model Cara Delevingne. Designed to take you anywhere, it can be worn on the back, shoulder or carried hand-held. The bags are made in England at Mulberry’s factories in Somerset and this is proudly stamped on the bottom of each bag, inspired by Cara’s own made in England tattoo on the sole of the foot. Cara wanted each bag to be like opening a letter with a lovely surprising touch. Inside you can find a small lion rivet and a heart shaped patch based on Cara’s own heart tattoo. Cara said: “I want there to be hidden gems inside, based on things that are personal to me, which my tattoos definitely are.”

Details -

Gloriously thick, rich toned oak hide, similar to the Darwin leather of old, this Cara has been carried only a handful of times.

A beautifully firm leather with the promise of a really characterful finish with time and use, it will stand empty, (see photo above) and displays no real wear whatsoever.

A small tonal change in the hide on the front, lower middle and near the base on the RH side, there are the usual very light fingernail scuffs just below the front flap, from access, and a small curved one to the LH side of the flap.

Corners, inking and stitching all perfect and robust, replacement protective film has been applied to the lockplates (all As-New). Original film retained on base feet.

Light creasing and surface rubbing to the webbed straps. The Cara can be actually be worn four ways - as a backpack, hand held, as a shoulder bag and also cross body if you attach the straps end to end.

Entirely clean self lined, suede interior with a leather zip pocket, Heart Patch and Lion Head Rivet. There are light fingernail scratches to the front, interior wall.
