A full size Bayswater with the useful option of a shoulder strap, crafted from a smooth and diamond quilt stitched calfskin in a rich, russety oxblood shade.

Semi structured with soft gusset side panels, there's just enough give so it's not too solid but the flat, rigid base ensures it will never sag or become slouchy.

Lined in suede and dark midnight blue, heritage, herringbone weave textile, its a beautiful combination of texture and tone.

  Condition - Well Used

Details -

A piece that belies its Condition Rating,...... with the exception to the scratching to the Postmans Lock Plate (shown in detail in the Gallery above,) it initially appears in an Excellent condition.

Well shaped, (all photos taken when empty,) entirely colour consistent, firm, upright top handles, all stitching tight and inking, (edge sealent) in place with only a few miniscule, flex crackles to the top aperture sides.

The shoulder strap displays a light, linear sit impression over the middle hole where the buckle has been set and there is a tiny catch to the edge of the underside.

There are natural surface impressions to the curve of the top flap where the top handles contact, an impression to the rear RH side of the bag where the shoulder strap clip has rested in storage and a light, linear diagonal surface impression to the LH side of the base. 

However, as is often found with very finely grained hides, there are a number of small scratches throughout. One to the rear, RH side of the top handle, one to the front, lower RH side of the quilting, a three micro dot diagonal scratch to the front RH side's handle base one to the front flap and one to the upper, RH side rear. To the base there are a number around the LH side near the corners, a horizontal scuff along the upper RH side edge, a couple of chips to the LH side edge and a few around the corner curves. All shown in close up detail in the Gallery above, to the naked eye they much less visible.

Thick, soft suede lined top flap and clean, dark navy herringbone textile lining with large zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section. There is scratching to the interior sides of the bag, around the top aperture. Again, all unnoticable without close inspection.
