Louis Vuitton Mazarine MM in Taupe Monogram Empreinte - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Mazarine MM in Taupe Monogram Empreinte Calfskin with Golden Brass Hardware.

 A design named after the 17th-century French-Italian cardinal Giulio Raimondo Mazzarino (Jules Raymond Mazarin), this curvaceous piece has a softly structured shape, elegant pleats and a gentle winged silhouette.

Beautifully feminine, crafted from a thick, grainy and robust, monogram embossed hide in a neutral browny-greige shade, there's plenty of room inside for everyday and can be carried by the top handles or the shoulder.

Without close inspection this fabulous LV appears in an Excellent condition throughout.

Firm, well shaped, (the central pleats on this style always have a slightly uneven appearance due to the thickness of the leather) with nice, deeply defined monogram embossing, there's no immediately visible wear.

A small, extremely light surface scuff to the front, RH side bases' corner curve and a similar one to the upper RH, top corner point, (by the zip.) Both shown in close up detail in the Gallery above, to the naked eye they are barely visible. 

A tiny smatter of black dots to the top handles where the inking (bonding/edge sealent) has strayed during construction. This would have been present from the time of purchase. Very light wear to the inking around one of the handle base loops and the base trim, at the corner curves, again barely noticeable.

Stitching all strong throughout, the main reason this piece hasn't achieved a sole Excellent condition rating is due to the general wear to the hardware. Silvery paling to the inner curves of the two D rings at the sides of the bag where the shoulder strap snap hooks contact (the shoulder straps clips are very good however.) Hairline scratches to the flat, embossed rivets and two top zip pulls. The zip headers are slightly dulled and base feet display scratches and silvery paling to their apex from being placed down.

Lined in entirely clean, crisp beige stripey textile with three slip pockets the two zips come together from each side, meeting at the central concealed magnetic fastener to seal.
