This is an Unused 100% authentic Christian Dior Medium Dior Book Tote in Blue Denim Oblique Embroidery.

The iconic Dior Book Tote, designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, (Creative Director Of Christian Dior) was originally inspired by a House’s archive drawing produced by Marc Bohan in 1967. The aesthetics and silhouette of the design may be simple but the intricacy, quality and incredible detail in these pieces has elevated it to icon status.

Condition - Excellent*

Details -

Just stored since purchase from the Dior Outlet Bicester, (as notated by the hole punched into the inner label,) this beautiful bag is just as it left the store.

All photos taken of the piece when empty, the form is well shaped and firm but as is often seen when new, it has been folded flat.

The oblique embroidery is As -New, (please note the natural tufts to the surface throughout are inherent to this finish.) There are normal tonal differences in the colour as is part of the distressed denim appearance.

A feature very commonly found on this design is the waviness to the underside seams of  the top handles, as shown. An entirely normal part of the make-up of these pieces and not a fault. 

*The likely reason this piece retailed via the Outlet is due to a small, diagonal streak of stray glue to the front, interior wall, (inside the bag.) Extremely hard to see and present from construction, the adhesive has yellowed and can also be noted within the seams at the four, top corners of the bag.

There are a few small marks to the dustbag, as shown.
