A neutral, mid grey shade, so easy to coordinate, this curvy, neat, satchel bag is such a practical piece.

Crafted from a robust, evenly grained SCG with a light glaze, it repels rain and marks with ease.

Carry by way of the top handles, wear on the shoulder or cross body, the classically styled, Baby Bayswater is an ideal everyday bag.

Details -

Well shaped and upright with a lovely round silhouette, this style gradually softens with use but never becomes slouchy. Please note the light pressure indentations to the top flap, caused by the handle inserts as is commonly found on this model.

A very light, curved, fingernail scratch to the front, lower RH side of the bag, (location circled and shown close up,) and the bases curved piping at the four corners displays gentle lightening of tone. Not scuffing or wear, however a colouration change is noticable.

A number of light fingernail scuffs to the top handles and a tiny pen mark, all shown in the Gallery above.

The shoulder strap is excellent and all stitching is strong throughout the piece.

Inking (edge sealent) is in place however flex cracking can be noted at the sides of the flap, where they join the back of the bag. This does not affect the use of the piece in any way.

The front Postmans Lock Plate displays a few, miscule hairline scratches and there is a little finish loss to the upper, perimeter however this is not visible to the naked eye.

Silvery paling to the end of the turnlock, the base plate is pristine however the underside plate displays a vertical strip of scratching and wear which can be viewed as a silvery tone.

 Two, light surface impressions to the LH side of the base where the bag has rested on the shoulder straps snap hooks in storage, location circled and shown close up.

The interior is lined in entirely clean, fine-nap, grey microfibre with a side zipped pocket.

A much lovelier bag in the flesh than a list of its wear makes it sound!
