This is a beautiful

100% authentic Mulberry Roxanne

in Emerald Glove leather with dark antiqued brass hardware.

A fabulous, vibrant, jewelled green tone, crafted from beautiful thick and supple glove leather.

Details -

A glorious rich leather aroma, the hide is colour consistent, without fading or wear and its wonderfully supple without being completely puddlesome, (see photo of the bag when empty)

Evenly but deeply textured and grained, glove is soft and pliable yet thick and robust, so will age beautifully.

At first glance this lovely Roxy appears to be in a super condition. Nicely aged and darkened antiqued brass hardware, inking in place, (though dry to shoulder straps /round corner areas and beginning to degrade...stickiness will follow soon, most likely) and no visible marks or wear to be seen when worn.

Only on close inspection can you note a rub to the colour on the front LH base corner, some light scratches to the front LH shoulder strap, a vague whiteish stain to the LH side panel and a dropped stitch to the RH base seam, (this doesn't affect the use or integrity of the bag in any way). A hard-to-see pen catch to the LH side of the interior zip pocket, a small scratch to the base and some pen squiggles in the inside LH rear corner (all shown in detail in the photo gallery below).

Not a perfect bag, by any means, but still beautiful and with many more years of service to give.

As with many Mulberrys made during this era, there is no interior disc and the embossed letters 'LR' on the Mulberry badge are thought to be the initials of the craftsman, (a lovely touch!)
